Standard Policies
Logistics and Delivery
Delivery Fees in Metro Manila vary depending on the location. We use third party courier services or you may pick up orders in our main branch in Taguig City, (*pin Graze and Deli Main, Taguig.) We prefer that our products are picked up via motorcycle with an insulated box or any car service to keep the art form and packaging intact. We can also deliver the products with corresponding delivery fees within the metro and nearby provinces. Graze & Deli is not liable for any damages or mishandling of the product once it has been picked up.
For Bulk Buyers
If you opt to include deliveries, please send us all addresses and numbers of recipients 2 weeks before the release of orders so we can prepare and give you the total amount of delivery fee.
For DELI-TO-GO products to be sent in Metro Manila, you can opt for 2 to 3 days delivery time for a fee of 90 to 120 pesos depending on box orders, or same day delivery at a different cost.
For Outside NCR, small Delis' Delivery fee will be from PHP180 to PHP210 per pack while the big Delis are at PHP220 to PHP250 per pack.
For our Standard Boxes:
It is best to refrigerate the item for 15 to 30 minutes upon receipt, then please consume immediately. Shelf life is 12 to 15 hours but lasts 2 to 3 days when refrigerated. Leftovers should be kept chilled. (Our products though are usually finished in one sitting.
For Vacuumed Products/Corrugated Boxes
In room temperature, meat and cheese could last 12 days, but its freshness is maintained when refrigerated. Please have it chilled immediately upon receipt and before consuming. (do not place in freezer). Vacuumed products could last for months when chilled and properly sealed. Graze and Deli will not be held liable for the products that are not properly stored or when deliveries are delayed for more than 12 days.
Waiting Time/Surprises
Please make sure that your numbers are active and reachable in the process of delivery so as to give time for riders/drivers to book others. If this is so, a waiting fee will be asked by the courier service to be paid by the customers.
While we are all elated about surprises and we give our 100% for that. We do not want to be the surprised party instead at the expense of the riders/drivers. We would like to seek for 2 to 3 numbers of people to be contacted in this kind of event with a well coordinated plan including guards, help etc. if needed
Lead time
We ask for a 1 day lead time . Bulk orders (starts at 20 big boxes) or customized boxes should be ordered at least 2 weeks to a month in advance. Deli-to-go products (corrugated mailer boxes) should be reserved 35 days prior to the event.
Payments
Payments should be made upon deciding on your order. We only confirm orders once payment has been finalized and received in full.
Payment Options: You may pay us through: BPI or Gcash
We provide BIR Receipt.
Customization
We only accept customization for 10 orders and above worth a minimum 10,000php with a one-time customization fee depending on the number of orders and details. Minimal customization of less then 10 may be considered. Do contact us for further details.
Cancellations
Once the order is paid and finalized, we do not give refunds. Please note that our products are ordered from abroad and our local products take time to order. When payment is made, we order the items and ingredients immediately to have ample time to prepare for orders will be delivered on time. Thank you for understanding.
